Client experiences

Synthese attaches great importance to the satisfaction of its clients. That is why a client satisfaction survey (CQI) is carried out twice a year.

The most recent results (September 2022) show that the clients of Synthese are generally very satisfied with the care we provide. The score they give us is a 7,8.
