Waiting list mediation

If you feel that the waiting time is too long, you can ask your health insurer for waiting list mediation. The health insurer can work with you to find alternatives with a shorter waiting time.

Waiting list placement is handled through your own health insurance provider.
Synthese iGGz cannot act on your behalf in this matter. The final decision regarding a care provider is always yours.
